In Loving Memory Of Louie

IN MEMORIAM
we very sadly announce the passing of Louie on
October 27, 2003 from inoperable cancer. Louie was only two years old, but he has been a very integral part of our family since he was abandoned here in early 2002, and we will all miss him.

We carry many memories of Louie:

his sheer delight at running along side David's (his dad) Jeep, his tongue lolling and his tail high, barking at the top of his lungs

his eager anticipation at riding with David in his Jeep, claiming the front seat as his own

his bounding hops through the tall grass, spying crickets or rabbits, it didn't matter

his big sweet eyes and soft muzzle

his ability to curl his long, lanky body into a tiny furball

Every now and again, there comes into our lives a beautiful soul - a loving and trusting bundle of joy that sees our heart and loves us in spite of all that we lack. Louie was a very special friend - intelligent, devoted, funny, wise, and always loving. We all feel a deep sense of loss and there is a part of us that is now gone. We look forward to running with Louie through the swamp one day, chasing rabbits.....
